Libell Duran was crowned Miss New Jersey USA 2013 by Michelle Leonardo at the Hilton Hotel, Parsippany, New Jersey on Sunday night of 21st October, 2012. Libell is 22 years old and stands 1.70m. She will represent New Jersey in Miss USA 2013 pageant, which will be held in June, 2013.
Libell Duran is a model from Keasbey. She has won the first runner-up title during Miss New Jersey USA 2012 beauty pageant. She also won the third place in Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2010-2011.
