Adriana Dorn is a beauty queen of Nicaragua. She was crowned Miss Nicaragua 2011 on February 26th, 2011 at the Ruben Dario National Theater. Dorn represented Nigcargua at the Miss Universe 2011 pageant and won Best Face title.
